Fehlerantwort E-Adept-Document too short beim Herunterladen von DRM-geschützten Bücher

Hallo,

 

seit kurzem kann ich mir von den Bookshops keine DRM-geschützten Bücher mehr auf mein PC (Windows-Vista) herunterladen. Ich bekomme dabei die Fehlerantwort: Fehler beim Abruf der Lizenz/Lizenzserver-Kommunikationsfehler/E-Adept-Document-too-Short. Dieses Problem besteht, seitdem ich mir einen neuen Tolino Vision zugelegt habe. Auf diesem kann ich komischerweise das Buch lesen. Da ich noch andere Reader habe, möchte ich die Bücher natürlich über mein ADE verwalten.

Ich habe schon eine De- und Neuautorisierung vorgenommen, meine Firewall ausgeschaltet, all das hat nichts genützt. Auch die Bookshops (ebook.de und thalia) können mir nicht weiterhelfen. Bei ihnen wäre alles ok.

 

Habt Ihr noch eine Idee wie ich wieder DRM-geschützte Bücher herunterladen kann? Ich würde mich über Tipps sehr freuen!

ACSM file reached GOOGLE DEVICE LIMIT

Hi

 

I recently purchased a E-bbok from Google book and it appears to be a ACFM file. then I downloaded it to my laptop and open it with ADM.

 

At this point, I authorized my laptop without any ID.

 

Then the system broke down and I re-installed the OS

 

When I tried to re open the ACSM file with ADM, it showed E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED.

 

SO HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

Out of solutions to E_STREAM_ERROR problem

I have been searching the forum (and the internet as a whole) for a solution to my problem and, so far, no luck.

 

I have repeatedly tried to download .acsm files from the ebrary website and each time receive the following error message:

"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_STREAM_ERROR"

 

Solutions I have tried:

Replacing ADE 2.0 with ADE 1.7.2 (received the same message)

Using Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome

Disabling all firewalls

Deauthorizing and Reauthorizing account in ADE

Uninstalling and reinstalling ADE

 

 

I am using Windows 7 and running Adobe Digital Editions 2.0, downloading through Google Chrome.  I am doing all of this from Dakar, Senegal, if there is a chance that makes a difference, using internet run off of a USB key.

Nach Eingabe der Adobe ID und des Kennworts erscheint die Anzeige: Autorisierung erfolgreich. Beim Vesuch den Titel zu öffnen erscheint folgende Anzeige: Beim Laden des Titels ist ein Fehler unterlaufen. Die Adobe ID stimmt nicht mit dem auf dem Tolino hinterlegten ID überein. Was Tun?

Umgebung:   Windows 10 Home (10.0.10240)

 

(Neu-)Installation ADE 4.5 (4.5.126523)

 

Sobald in das Feld "Adobe-ID:" das erste Zeichen eingegeben wird, kommt dieser Abbruch.

 

Irgendeine Idee?

Kobo et ID adobe?

Quand je veux ouvrir un livre emprunté à une bibliothèque numérique sur ma kobo le message suivant apparaît: «Oups! Impossible d'ouvrir ce document. Ce document est protégé par la Gestion des Droits Numériques (DRM) d'Adobe et ne peut pas s'ouvrir avec votre identifiant Adobe. Connectez-vous avec l'identifiant adobe autoris. et réessayer. www.kobo.com/help.»

 

Pourtant, ma liseuse est bien autorisée avec mon ID adobe!

 

J'ai essayé plein de choses, je ne sais plus quoi faire!

Ich kann meine ausgeliehenen Bücher nicht auf den Tolino laden. Bisher hat es immer problemlos funktioniert und heute gibt es die Meldung "Bitte prüfen Sie, ob Ihre Internetverbindung nicht durch eine Firewall blockiert ist und dass Datum und Uhrzeit richtig eingestellt sind." Alles überprüft, Download mit ausgeschalteter Firewall versucht, geht aber noch immer nicht. Können sie mir weiter helfen?

I had installed the adobe digital software and the following messsage is showing up:

E_ACT_NOT_READY

 

I have tried to re-authorized my computer - but it doesn't work!!

I'm not able to authorize my computer after installing Adobe Digital Edition and activating Adobe ID:

I receive the following prompt: E_AUTH_NO_READY.

I tried for few days

Authorizing my nook

I have followed all the procedures for registering my nook with B&N and I also have downloaded ADE and established an Adobe ID the same as my nook's ID.  Everyplace I read I am suppose to be able to open ADE and then plug in my nook and ADE is suppose to recognize it and allow me to authorize it.  I have had no luck as ADE does not recognize my nook when I plug it into to the computer and I can't find any suggestions on how to correct this. Anybody have any ideas as to what I can do.

I struggled to open my e-book with digital editions because my vendor was not listed when I attemped to creat a ID. So i tried to autorize my computer without registering any ID. Now i realise I did this autorization on the wrong computer and i want to open the book on a different computer. But the book is locked to the wrong computer so I can't open it on the new one.

 

My vendor said they can do nothing about this and since it's a anonymus autorization I belive there is nothing you can do about this?

If someone knows the answear I'm greatfull

Digital Editions 4.5 won't open, Windows 7

I purchased a text book in ebook form and the only program they allow to open it is Adobe Digital Editions. When I downloaded Digital Editions 4.5 the installation happened without a problem, but trying to actually open the program is impossible. Nothing even happens. So after research online and quite a few attempts to work around this problem or maybe download an older version, my last effort was to post to the forms. None of those options fixed my problem. Now after many installs and uninstalls I've turned to here. Two weeks into my semester and I haven't been able to read the book, I should've spent a little bit more and had the physical book mailed to me, figured this would've been easier and cheaper. Guess not...

Can authorize ADE, but cannot move ebooks from ADE to reader

I tried several time to de-authorize and the reauthorize and still I can't move a book from ADE to my reader. This only impacts DRM ebooks. I am dealing with a new reader to which I transferred half my ebooks before switching to a new computer. It is in the new computer that I can't make the transfer. The old computer used Vista and the new computer version 10

I'm getting this error on a computer that has worked with adobe DE for quite some time. Its been activated. worked a couple of weeks ago.

Tried several books with the same result.

Acer Extensa, windows 10 x64, totally up to date.

ADE Authorization Limit Reached?

Does anyone know how I can get old authorizations taken off my account for devices I now longer own?  I tried going through chat for help but they sent me here and told me ask about here.  There used to be a way to contact Adobe for them to reset the authorization limit, but I cannot find the info any longer

Duplicate ebook in the adobe digital library in the cloud

Hello,

 

Her is my scenario,

 

i use the adobe digital edition for windows 4.5.2

 

i have opened the acsm url link to download the ebook but before download  finish the ade app crash,

 

after that i have downloaded another acsm file to re-download my interrupted download

 

the download is complete, and ebook open fine,

 

i discover the issue when using ADE iOS APP,

 

when i authorize my device my cloud library contain two file with same title

 

How i do to remove the duplicate file

All ebooks in Adobe Digital Editions Disappeared

Thought I had lost all my ebooks when I opened Adobe Digital Editions to find a blank library.  For future reference for anyone else who experiences the same, follow this advice:

 

Next to 'Library' click on the downwards pointing arrow.

In the drop down menu click on 'Add item to library' which will open up your 'Documents' folder.

Open the folder called 'My Digital Editions'

Select the ebooks you want to restore to your Digital Editions library and click 'open' which will put the ebook(s) back into your library.

Computer Authorisation Doesn't Recognise Password

I don't understand what is going on. I just logged into the site using my newly created ID and password, but when I tried to authorise my computer using the same ID and password, it said the ID or password was wrong. Yes, I've retyped the password multiple times. No, capslock isn't on. Please help???
