CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - Noprmission to copy this book Why am I getting this error message when coipying ebook in Digital Editions?

I am so frustrated because I have  not been able to find an answer to this or get an support.  I purchased a new computer, and now I can't get books on my Nook which I use daily, or used to!  Withdrawal is painful!!
